The Game will be played in two 20 minute halves with a 5 minute halftime. The clock will be continuous and not stop unless an injury takes place.
Each Score is worth seven points. The offense will have four downs to score or possession will be turned over to the opposing team. each drive will start at the 35 yard line. Defenders are permitted to rush at any time, and thus quarterbacks are allowed to run at any time. There will be a five yard neutral zone defenders must start each play behind. Two feet in bounds is required to establish possession on any catch.
Defensive scoring is allowed (Touchdown or safety) based on the original line of scrimmage. Fumbles are in effect but stopped progress is strictly enforced. To be considered "Down" a player must have their flag pulled, be contacted while on the ground, or willingly give themselves up (e.g. Take a knee). IF a player goes to the ground and is not touched down, they are permitted to get up and continue to advance the ball. If a player loses their flags by natural force while running, that player will be considered down by one hand touch of an opposing player.
All players are required to make themselves available to the media Before, During, and after the game including but not limited to; Photos, interviews, statements, Mic'd Up Content, make-a-wish engagements, etc.
